Ida Husberg-Veikkolainen has years of experience  helping startups and scale-ups to grow on a global scope, at first in in-house Talent Acquisition positions and now as a self-employed talent scout and certified business coach. Ida has built and developed talent acquisition functions and successfully improved startups' recruitment practices and capabilities. She has successfully placed key talents (with company culture in mind) for globally growing teams – regardless of the role, industry or location.
 

Ida’s key strengths are her relationship building skills, her ethical ways of working, her focus on quality, as well as her passion towards purpose-driven companies – always eager to learn and develop professionally. She cares about talents and companies and wants to find a great match for both, aiming for a long-lasting impact. 
 

She has experience working with industries such as Space, Mobility, Cyber Security, Fintech, SaaS to name a few.

Ida is also a Certified Business Coach issued by the BCI Business Coaching Institute. The Certified Business Coach -training program is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and it is awarded with a European Quality Award EQA by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
